• 2 1/4 Cups Sugar – divided
• 2 Tsp Vanilla
• 5 Lbs Peaches – peeled and cut into slices
• 2 Tbs + 1 1/2 Cups Flour
• 2 1/4 Tbs Baking Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
• 4 Large Eggs
• 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
• 3 Tbs Triple Sec or Orange Juice
• 2 Tsp Vanilla
• 6 Tbs Butter – melted

Preheat oven to 325°
Blend 3/4 cups sugar and vanilla and whisk until well combined.
Sift the sugar into a large bowl – add the peaches and 2 Tbs flour – toss to coat.
Transfer to 13 X 9 dig and bake until bubbly for approximately 25 minutes.
Meanwhile whisk together remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour, baking, powder, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
Whisk eggs and next four ingredients together until smooth. Fold in melted butter.
Pour this batter over the hot peaches and continue baking neil the topping is brown and the center is cooked – approximately 45 minutes.
Serve with fresh whipped cream or ice cream.
