• 3 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves – washed and shaken dry
• 3-4 Garlic Cloves
• ½ Tsp Salt
• 3 Tbs Grated Cheese – Romano or Parmigiana*
• ¼ Cup Pine Nuts or Walnuts
• 1/3 Cup Olive Oil*

Place all in a blender and blend until smooth.
If too dry add a little more olive oil.
Taste for salt and cheese.
Cook your favorite pasta* al dente. Top with the Pesto Sauce, toss, serve and enjoy.
Left over sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in a container with a lid and topped with some olive oil to keep it fresh.
